Round 1 of 5Found1/15

If the only way to reach you is a number someone already has, every new customer has to come through an old one.

Where can a new customer find you online?

Pick an answer to begin

Questions, answered.

Is the audit really free?
Yes, and there's no call to sit through first. You answer the questions, the score appears on screen, and the written version goes to your inbox. If you want help acting on it we're here, but nothing in the report is held back until you ask.
How long does it take?
About two minutes. There are 14 multiple-choice questions in five short rounds, plus your name, email and business name at the end so we know where to send the report. There's nothing to write out.
What does the score actually measure?
Five things, 20 points each: whether new customers can find you, whether you look trustworthy enough to pay, whether a stranger can tell what you sell, how much effort it takes to buy from you, and whether enquiries get followed up. Between them they cover the whole path from someone becoming interested to becoming a customer.
Do I need a website to take it?
No. Plenty of businesses that take this sell entirely through Instagram and WhatsApp. The audit scores that setup honestly rather than marking you down on principle, and it will show you which parts of the gap it's creating.
Is this an automated website scan?
No. Scanners grade page speed and meta tags, which matter but are rarely why a business is losing customers. This one asks about the commercial side: whether your pricing is visible, whether anyone can see proof you've done the work before, how fast an enquiry gets answered. A crawler can't see any of that, so we ask you instead.
What happens to my answers?
They come to us by email so we can read your report before you get in touch, and you get a copy of it. We don't sell or share them, and there's no mailing list attached, so you won't start getting newsletters because you took an audit.
What if I score badly?
Most businesses land in the forties or fifties first time. A low score usually means the demand is already there and the machinery around it is leaking, which is a better position to be in than a high score and no customers. The three fixes at the end are ordered by how many points each one costs you, so you always know what to do first.
