Run boring work
on autopilot

Leads, follow-ups, invoices, reporting. They run themselves while you focus on the work that pays.

Three places where time leaks out of your week. We plug all three.

Every small business has the same three drains: leads going cold, follow-ups falling through, and Mondays spent wrestling spreadsheets. Each one is a workflow, not a hire.

01

Leads stop slipping

Every DM, form, and ad reply lands in one tagged inbox. Hot leads ping you in seconds. Cold ones get a friendly auto-reply so they self-serve.

02

Follow-ups send themselves

Quotes, invoices, reminders, onboarding emails. They go out on time, in your tone. You stop doing the 11pm catch-up.

03

The numbers come to you

Daily revenue, low-stock alerts, payment reconciliation, weekly reports. A single message every morning instead of two hours of spreadsheets.

If your business looks like this, we know what to wire.

These are the workflows we ship most often. Pick the one that sounds like your week, or send us yours.

What these workflows are built to do.

Each one is a single workflow, wired in days and built to pay for itself inside a month. Here's the kind of result each is designed to deliver.

Service business, lead routing
Hours back each week

Manual DM triage gets replaced with a tagged inbox and hot-lead alerts, so you only reply to flagged threads. The kind of build we wire in about a week.

E-commerce, abandoned cart flow
Recover orders you're losing

A WhatsApp DM goes out 30 minutes after a cart is abandoned, with the product image and a one-tap checkout link. Same store, same traffic.

Property agency, intake to follow-up
Reply in minutes, not hours

Form, DM, and portal leads route into one place with auto-tagging and a 14-day nurture, so the first reply goes out fast instead of sitting for hours.

Three steps. No jargon. No black boxes.

01

Map

A 60-minute call to find the two or three workflows costing you the most time or money. You leave with a written plan and a fixed price.

02

Build

We wire it up in your platform of choice (n8n, Make, or Zapier) with proper logging, retries, and error alerts. You watch it run on real data before we hand it over.

03

Hand over

Docs, a Loom walkthrough, and 30 days of fixes included. No black boxes. You can edit any workflow yourself if you ever want to.

Questions, answered.

The ones we get most. Can't see yours? Ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform do you build on, n8n, Make, or Zapier?
All three. n8n is our default for clients who want the lowest running cost and are happy for us to host it. Make is the right call when you want to own the workflows yourself with a clean visual editor, no retainer, no lock-in. Zapier when speed of setup matters more than monthly cost. We help you pick on the first call, in plain language.
I do not have a CRM or proper tools yet. Is that a problem?
No. Plenty of businesses start with just a Google Sheet and a WhatsApp number. We can wire workflows into whatever you already use, and add a CRM later if it earns its place.
How much does it cost?
Fixed pricing, agreed upfront. A first workflow usually starts low and pays for itself inside the first month. Bigger builds get a clear quote before any work begins. No retainers, no surprises.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
Every workflow ships with error alerts to your phone or email, plus retries on flaky steps. The first 30 days of fixes are included. After that, fixes are billed by the hour with a small minimum, only if you want them.
Do I have to learn the tool to use it?
No. Day to day you do nothing, the workflows just run. If you want a clean handover so your team can edit them later without a retainer, we'll pick a tool that supports that and ship a short Loom walkthrough so you can take it from there. Come back when you want a new flow built, or never. Either is fine.

Send it on WhatsApp. We'll tell you in plain language whether it's automatable, which tool fits, what it costs, and how long it takes. No sales call.
