What we built

A single-page storefront for a fictional Lagos men’s grooming studio, built around the question every service business asks: can a website actually book the appointment?

We answer it with a section called One DM, fully booked. It’s an interactive WhatsApp mockup paired with the owner’s dashboard. Click “Send a customer DM” and watch the whole flow play: the message lands, the bot auto-replies, slot options appear, the customer picks one, and the dashboard updates a “Hot · Booked” lead in real time.

Why this shape

Service businesses (barbers, salons, spas, photographers, clinics) live and die on inbox response time. Most lose half their bookings because:

  • The DM sits unread for two hours
  • The customer has to be qualified manually (“what time? what service? where?”)
  • The owner doesn’t know which leads are hot vs. cold

We rebuilt the flow around WhatsApp because that’s where the customer already is. No app, no account, no friction. And we added the dashboard preview so a prospect viewing the site can feel what their day would look like with this in place.

  • Brass + espresso + cream palette for premium-masculine grooming aesthetic

Why this matters

A static “we accept WhatsApp bookings” claim is forgettable. The interactive demo is proof. A prospect doesn’t have to imagine what the system would do, they watch it, in their browser, in 30 seconds. That’s the difference between a portfolio site and a sales tool.
