What we built
A storefront for a fictional Lagos mobile auto detailing service, built around the biggest leak in any high-ticket service business funnel: the quote.
We replaced the usual “fill out this form, hear back in two days” with a section called Build a quote. The visitor picks their vehicle, picks a detail tier, optionally adds extras (pet hair, headlight restoration, engine bay), and the price recalculates live as they go. When they tap Send, WhatsApp opens with their full quote in the message body.
Why this shape
High-ticket service businesses (detailers, contractors, photographers, event planners) lose the lead between curiosity and price. The typical flow is:
- “Get a quote” form, fill in 8 fields
- 24 to 48 hours later, an email reply
- Customer has already moved on to whoever replied first
We compressed that to under a minute, and the WhatsApp message that lands on the owner’s phone is already qualified: vehicle, service tier, add-ons, and an estimated total. No back-and-forth needed before the booking.

- Jet, snow, sapphire, and chrome palette for premium auto-grade feel
Why this matters
Most service business sites tell the visitor what the service costs in vague language (“starting from”, “depends on the vehicle”). The quote builder turns that vagueness into a real number, in real time, before the visitor leaves. The conversation that lands in your WhatsApp is already past the price objection.
